The keypad on the front door will grant you access to the home. The house includes a spacious living room with a 65" Smart TV for all of your streaming apps. There is ample space for everyone to sit comfortably. There is even a toddler table with two seats as well as a play kitchen and other various toys. Attached to the living room is a spacious dining room, as well as sideboard that holds the wine, champagne and low ball glasses. Off of the dining room is the well equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. There is a Keurig K-Duo, electric kettle, french press, waffle maker, griddle, air fryer, toaster and blender for all of your needs. Off of the kitchen is the game room equipped with a Pool/Ping Pong/Dining table, Pac Man and a 55" Smart TV. The home has 3 bedrooms. The primary has a king bed with an ensuite walk in shower and ample closet space. There is also direct access to the pool patio. The second bedroom has a king bed and a full size crib. The third bedroom has full size bunk beds with a twin trundle. Each bedroom has a Smart TV, plush mattresses, comfortable linens and blackout shades or curtains to ensure a good night's rest. There is a main bathroom with a bathtub that has direct access to the pool area. Baby Gear: In addition to the full size crib we also provide a Pack N' Play, high chair, sound machine, video/sound baby monitor, baby bath, bouncer, play mat, Skip Hop activity center, push walker, toddler plates/bowls/utensils/cups, waterproof sheets, mini stroller, beach toys, water table and 2 puddle jumpers. We also have optional child safety alarms on all doors leading the pool area that can be turned on and off by guests. There is also a workout area (mat, bench, weights, mirror, yoga mats) in the garage, as well as a full size washer and dryer. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach buggy. Outside the fun continues with a pool, dining and fire pit seating for 8, a new Weber gas grill, lounge chairs and outdoor games, perfect for creating fun memories!

No pets allowed No parties allowed No smoking inside the home or on the patio If any of these rules are not followed, we will be forced to cancel your booking and charge an additional fee. -There will be a $500 fee for EACH pet brought to the home. We will do our best to accommodate service animals, but please notify us before your stay so that we can prepare accordingly. -There will be a $500 fee for any smoking inside the house or on the pool patio. Guests are responsible for disposing of cigarette butts. Do not leave these around the property or an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. -There will be a $1,000 fee for any parties plus the cost of damage or additional cleaning fees. We do allow small events on a case by case basis, but this must be pre-approved by the owner prior to check-in. Four vehicles max and no parking on the lawn. Please do not touch the pool equipment. The pool is heated to 86 degrees Oct-May. There is a solar cover that can be rolled on at night if desired. There will be a $500 fee for changing the settings. Please contact us if the heat settings need to be changed. Caution should be used around the pool and you swim at your own risk. No diving allowed. Please note there are security cameras on the front of the property with video and audio surveillance; a Ring doorbell monitoring the front door and a Ring floodlight camera over the garage monitoring the driveway and front yard. All other areas are completely private to our guests.
